We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation process:

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe:

   • You can cancel your order within 30 min of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
   • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

   • If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

4. Exceptions:

   • Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
